Senior Partner, Client Services
Overview:
Our company is at the forefront of innovation, recently attracting inquiries from Fortune 500 companies, the United Nations, and nation-states for significant projects. We are now seeking an experienced Senior Partner, Client Service, to lead our transition from a partnership model to a prime-sub model. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-value client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth in a lean consulting or professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, developing deep relationships and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Lead client engagements from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality of service and client satisfaction
Develop and implement innovative solutions to address client needs, leveraging the firm's expertise and sub-contractor relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, contributing to the firm's growth.
Manage and coordinate sub-contractors to deliver comprehensive and tailored solutions to clients.
Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients, helping them navigate complex business challenges.
Contribute to the development of the firm's intellectual capital and knowledge management efforts.
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and other professional engagements to build brand awareness and network with potential clients and partners.
Continuously evaluate and optimize the prime-sub model to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in client relationship management, partnerships, or a similar role, preferably in a professional services environment
Proven success in managing high-value client relationships and strategic partnerships
Strong business acumen and understanding of various business models, including prime-sub contracting
Exceptional project management and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage sub-contractors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Experience in managing complex projects and transitions in a lean team setting
Knowledge of niche industries like Waste management, C-level recruitment, and Knowledge management is a plus
Advanced degree (MBA or related field) preferred
Ability to travel as required
