6. Ownership of Materials
   
   Once you've paid in full, the materials we create for you (like resumes and optimized profiles) belong to you. We may use non-identifying aspects of our work to show off our services.
   

7. Payments and Refunds
   
   We'll agree on payment terms before starting work. If you're not satisfied, let's talk – we'll do our best to make it right.
   

8. Disputes
   
   In the unlikely event of a dispute, any compensation will be limited to the amount you paid for our services.
   

9. Liability
   
   By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you agree not to hold Alpha Apex Group responsible for any indirect consequences of using our services.
   
   If engaging Alpha Apex Group for services surrounding the use of the Candidate’s LinkedIn account, the Candidate will not hold Alpha Apex Group responsible for any of the associated risks.

    We may update our services or these terms from time to time. We'll always keep the current version on our website.
    

11. Legality
    
    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest will still apply.
